there is no fee for visiting the Kelpies – it is free of charge . However there is one free car park at the entrance to the Kelpies and another car park near the walkway to the Kelpies and there is a fee for parking there. The Helix runs tours of the Kelpies in the summer and there is a charge for that . They let you go inside on of the Kelpies
